Moor Top and Rake Head

In the 1871 Census and next to Winterside there are two other places listed; Moor Top occupied by a Mellors family and Rake Head occupied by Hadens. Does anyone have any idea where these places were? Are there any remains at the locations? Does anyone know anything about their history?
