According to the 1841 census, the age of George Weston is recorded as 30 years, but I believe that ages were rounded down in that census, so a 35 year old would appear as 35 years, but a 34 year old could appear as 30 years.
Calculating his possible birth year from the census would give 1806 to 1811.
On 24 May 1807, there is a George Weston baptized at nearby Quarnford, whose parents were William & Ellen Weston according to the IGI.
Also worthy of note is the baptism of Rebecca Weston, Jan 1808 at Quarnford to the same parents. I say this as George Weston of Moorside called his second daughter Rebecca.
William Weston married Ellen Lomas on 27 Aug 1798 at Alstonfield.
