Hi all

I can relate to most GRINDEY's in the Staffordshire Moorlands.  My Grandfather, Isaac Walter GRINDEY, known as Walter, was born at Tunstead Farm Dec 1880.

I have proven links to the GRINDEY'S at Tunstead & Yew Tree Grange. Also the GRINDEY's from Boosley Grange and Round Knowl.  My ancestors lived at Round Knowl from early 1800's to at least 1950's.

My Gr. Grandmother was Eliza Grindey born 1855 in Waterfall? ,died 1929. Any connection?

             I have your Eliza on my tree as being the daughter of Joseph Grindey and Mary Wain. Eliza married Edward William Mellor in 1882.
